         NACHI Inspectors are among the best inspectors in the world. NACHI is a world wide organization. They require all their inspectors to complete NACHI's own online exam, ethics test, and complete at least 24 hours of continuing education each year. Each member is required to comply with NACHI's strict code of ethics and standards of practice. www.nachi.org

        In ALABAMA all home inspectors are required to be licensed by the State of Alabama. Home Inspectors in Alabama are regulated by the State of Alabama Building Commission. Each Inspector is assigned a license number, for example    HI-0976.  You can check to see if your inspectors license is current of if he or she is licensed by going to   WWW.BC.STATE.AL.US and choosing "Home Inspectors" then choose "Home Inspectors Roster".
